Human Starfleet cadet. Joshua Albert killed in a training accident with Nova Squadron at Starfleet Academy in 2368. Although preliminary testimony pointed to pilot error on the part of Albert as the cause of his death, Cadet Wesley Crusher later testified that the squadron was attempting to perform a prohibited Kolvoord Starburst maneuver at the time of the accident, which was then blamed for the cadet’s death.^[1]
