Balok
Balok conducted his people’s first contact with the United Federation of Planets in 2265. In an effort to ascertain the sincerity of the Federation’s offers of friendship, Balok staged an incident in which he first threatened the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701, then later claimed his ship had suffered severe damage.[1] Portrayed by Clint Howard, voice of Vic Perrin. “Dummy” voice by Ted Cassidy.
