Darnell
Crewman Darnell was a security officer aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 in 2365. He was killed by the M-113 creature during a landing party mission. The last of its kind, the creature could project the image of anyone or anything it wished into the minds of those around it, making it appear to change shape, sometimes assuming the form of its victims—as it did in the case of Crewman Green. Darnell’s death was not in vain, however, since his colleagues were alerted to the presence of the creature, thus preventing it from harming others.[1] Portrayed by Michael Zaslow.
