Elaysia

A world with extremely low surface gravity compared to most Class-M planets. Its native people, though capable of spaceflight, rarely left their homeworld, and those that did were forced to use personal antigrav units to adapt to the gravity conditions shared by most other humanoid species. One such Elaysian was Melora Pazlar, the first of her people to attend Starfleet Academy and become an officer. The garlanic tree was a native plant.^[1]
