Endar

Captain Endar served in the Talarian militia and lost his only son in a conflict between the Federation and Talarian forces at Castal I in the 2350s. By 2366, Endar commanded the Warship Q’Maire. Endar was involved in another skirmish with Federation forces at Galen IV in 2356. After the battle, Endar discovered a three-year-old human boy named Jeremiah Rossa near the body of the boy’s mother. In accordance with Talarian custom that allows a warrior to claim the son of a slain enemy in replacement of his own dead son, Endar took the child, whom he named Jono, and raised him as his own son.[1] Portrayed by Sherman Howard.
