Haskins, Theodore
Theodore Haskins was a Human scientist from the American Continent Institute. While the Haskins encountered by the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 on Talos IV proved to be an illusion created by the Talosians, it was based on a real person, taken from the memories of S.S. Columbia survior Vina.[1] Portrayed by Jon Lormer.
