The greatest minds in the Federation are all convening for an award celebration at Memory Prime, the planet with the largest library of knowledge in the galaxy. Kirk and company have the privilege of shuttling many of the scientists and even Spock seems excited (in his own Vulcan way) about discussing issues with several of them. Unfortunately, an assassin lurks under the festivites. And to Starfleet officials, the number one suspect is Spock.
