The crew of Voyager uncovers a Starfleet distress call, which leads them to a planet of horrifying beings straight from their various homeworlds’ mythologies. Realizing these beings are the Furies, who attempted to invade during Kirk’s era, Janeway confronts a dilemma. Commit mass murder and destroy billions of lives, or let the Furies create a wormhole that will engulf their entire planet, possibly leading to another invasion of the Alpha Quadrant.
