Weary for shore leave, the Voyager crew stumbles across a potential paradise in the midst of a supposed desolate area of space. The people of the planet seem gracious and willing to have visitors. With the beautiful beaches, elegant people, and delicious food the crew willingly embraces their new vacation spot. Kes is the first to experience terrifying psychic visions that appear to undermine their hosts’ hospitality. Then Chakotay‘s spirit guide tries to eat him.
